NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Our P&C Association aims to bring our School community together, assisting in providing facilities and equipment for the School, while promoting the welfare of the students.

Membership of the Ingleburn Public School P&C Association is open to all parents, carers and others in our larger community and is always keen to welcome new members.

This year sees new changes and we aim to involve as many as we can to maximise our efforts to help our School and students.

Voting at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an opportunity for you to have a direct impact on your child’s learning experience and understanding of what is happening within the School.

To ensure your ability to vote at the AGM, please enquire at the Canteen to become a member during school hours between now and the AGM.  This will give you membership for the 2018 year.

The following representative positions will be elected at this meeting:

President

Vice-Presidents (Senior and Junior)

Treasurer

Secretary

Immediately after the AGM there will be a General Meeting where all are welcome to discuss or add anything new needed as we move forward in our new direction.

Where:  Meeting room, Administration building

Time:  9.15am
