Heartbeat

On Thursday the 8th of November, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students from Stage 2 attended the Heartbeat: Get the Rhythm Program at Western Sydney University, Campbelltown.

The day started with the Welcome to country, then students commenced their workshop rotations which were Doctor for a day, Health Care, Physical Fitness for Life, Plasterama and Healthy Food choices. Each of the workshops provided engaging hands on experiences and health awareness.
